Talent is evenly distributed. Financial infrastructure is not. I build where the gap is widest — a changemaker in pursuit of a greater good.

EX-04.1Baton Corporation Ltd — pump.fun+
Core-platform developer at the Solana memecoin launchpad during its hyper-growth phase — hired out of the community after building vaults on top of their bonding curves. Remote, then embedded with the team in the UK.
- Frontend PRs on the main app, including wallet-flow fixes reviewed into production
- Built transaction-inclusion metrics (Grafana + custom server): “% of transactions submitted that actually land on-chain”
- Supabase schema migrations; moderation tooling (ban-term automation, bulk actions, unban flows)
- Coordinated the Pashov security-audit pipeline
- Product vision later shipped by the platform: a native AMM (“an AMM that is literally just entirely a bonding curve” → PumpSwap), perpetual creator revenue sharing (→ Project Ascend), referral-fee-by-default (→ multi-wallet fee splits), treasury-into-LST value accrual (→ PUMP buybacks) — dated team-chat receipts, Apr–May 2024
EX-04.2Coindex Labs+
Algo-trading SaaS — strategy engine, exchange integrations, and the live alpha fund.
- Shipped the first production strategy (“longshort”) to paying users — ~$16k across 5 users in alpha, reported 3.5–6% average daily returns over the sample window
- Owned the Binance broker API relationship and Deribit partner-program integration
- Won both the futures and spot/margin buckets of Binance’s 2020 BNB trading competitions — share of the 40k + 10k BNB prize pools — with his open-sourced bot
- Strategy provider on Zignaly — verifiable third-party-tracked performance
EX-04.3Independent protocol engineering+
Six years of public, verifiable output across Ethereum then Solana.
- 1,400+ public repos & gists — 667 repos, 787 gists (github.com/staccDOTsol): MEV searchers, Jupiter AMM implementation, flash-loan tooling, LUT multi-swap arbitrage, binary options on Token-2022
- Merged/PR contributions: solana-labs/solana #30380, solana-program-library #6071, GlassEaters/hydra #21/#26/#30, blockworks-foundation/autobahn #16, raindrops-protocol #30
- ETH-era public arbitrage bots (dexArb, 2020); RAY (Staked.us Robo-Advisor for Yield) governance contributor
- Ran mainnet and testnet validators; dedicated RPC/geyser infra for low-latency strategies
EX-04.4Magical Internet Money+
Oracle-free leveraged synthetic-pairs AMM on Solana. Deposit USDC, receive a Token-2022 receipt token representing a leveraged pair — deployed as a triangle of three CP-Swap pools in one atomic transaction, rebalanced by “minting the loser” instead of trusting an oracle. Rebalance MEV accrues to LPs, not arbs.
- Full mechanism spec + on-chain program design (Anchor/Pinocchio, tx-introspection enforced, mandatory LUTs)
- Production-grade design system for the trading terminal: tokens, components, lint-adherence config, content/voice guide
- Live at magicalinternet.money — mainnet alpha, unaudited (honesty-first labeling, by design)
EX-04.5Accrue — accrue.fund+
Risk-managed yield infrastructure designed for conservative operators — built so that even the most cautious treasury (up to a nation-state’s) can outpace inflation without taking speculative risk. Android release build shipped; state-level implementation deck available on request.
EX-04.6Engineered Liquidity Presale+
A presale where the launch price is simultaneously the all-time-high and the floor: half the raise buys the token, half locks as a USDC quote pool — one atomic bundle, zero sellable supply at t=0. The only holders are presalers, and they literally cannot sell into air.
- Live tracker wired to real mainnet state (JSON-RPC + WebSocket account subscriptions)
- Full thesis memo + mechanism design published on stacc.art
EX-04.7stacc.show / pumprecovery+
Mirror-able Solana bonding-curve launchpad: referral fees, Orca liquidity adds, buy-and-burn, and one-click Vercel mirror deployment so communities can run their own front ends. Public repo: staccDOTsol/pumprecovery.
EX-04.8stacSOL+
Deflationary liquid-staking token on Sanctum’s audited stake pool — burn-loop value accrual, designed as savings infrastructure, not a casino chip.
EX-04.9fomox402 · degen.auction+
Agent-native game design: an MCP-native “last bidder wins” game where AI agents register faucet-funded play wallets and bid via tool calls — shipped as an OpenAI Apps SDK widget (playable inside a chat client) with snipe-extend rounds and settle-to-claim payouts.
EX-04.10ScrollPay+
Browser extension that rebates attention: XP for ad impressions with a Bitcoin-style halving schedule, three-level referrals, and prize draws — Firebase/Firestore backend with security-rule-clamped batched writes. Privacy-safe by construction: never reads page content.
EX-04.11Voice adapter — Qwen2.5-32B LoRA+
A trained LoRA adapter (rank 32, ~1 GB of weights) teaching a 32B instruct model a specific human writing voice — end-to-end: raw archive → cleaned train/valid/test splits → PEFT training → ChatML-templated artifact.
EX-04.12FOMO3D on Solana + game lab+
Game theory you can play: a Solana remake of Fomo3D (Token-2022 LSTs, staking, bounties), gobbler.fun fee-split games, a casino-grade slots prototype fusing scatter-pays with last-key-wins pot economics, and fully on-chain Clockwork-thread games.
EX-04.13Design prototypes — ffragmented · Prompta · ProofFront+
- ffragmented — trading UI for ~1,284 long-tail Orca whirlpools that orca.so doesn’t list: same protocol, same fees, infinitely more pools
- Prompta — voice-tracked AI teleprompter: realtime transcription follows the speaker, subscription tiers, per-user spend-capped API keys
- ProofFront — manifest-driven dApp frontend framework: declarative scenes, wallet gating, theming (12+ demos)

CS-01The pattern — 10–20 months early, every time+
Why this matters. Anyone can claim foresight. Below, every left-hand cell is a verbatim, dated message he wrote in the pump.fun team Telegram (Apr–May 2024) or a dated public PR — every right-hand cell is what shipped publicly afterward. Six for six. The seventh — the page they skipped — is the one he is building himself.
| Proposed (dated) | The idea, verbatim | Shipped publicly as | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 Apr 2024 | “2. all the epoch rewards go do coin creators” | Project Ascend — retroactive, perpetual creator fees (2 Sep 2025) | ~16 mo as written |
| 4 May 2024 | “should we make an amm that is literally just entirely a bonding curve, not uni based at all?” | PumpSwap — native in-house AMM; killed the 6-SOL Raydium migration. Shipped as uni-v2-style constant product, not the pure curve he proposed (Mar 2025) | ~10 mo partial |
| 5 May 2024 | “offer pool creators a v smol % of fees indefintely… this will vampire 90% of net new pool creations from all competitors immediately” | Creator Revenue Sharing — 50% of PumpSwap fees to creators (12 May 2025) | ~12 mo as written |
| 5 May 2024 | “give pool creators the referral fee by default if no referrer set.” | Multi-wallet Creator Fee Sharing — split to up to 10 wallets (9 Jan 2026) | ~20 mo as written |
| 7 May 2024 | “put the treasury into a validator self-stake… take extra native sol and shove it at anon network participants” | PUMP token + buybacks — ~98% of revenue (Aug 2025) | ~15 mo in spirit |
| Aug 2024 | rescue-sol pitched to Raydium — authority-gated withdrawal of stranded LP | pump.fun ships “BOOST” — the same mechanism (Jul 2026) | ~23 mo self-claimed |
| 25 Apr 2024 | “3. people can back out for o.g. value at any time” — risk-capped NAV floor | Nothing. Still unshipped — it became his own infinity.app · notch.fund · wwrd.app (live mirror while DNS is pending). | — open |

The room vouched early.
Verbatim, dated, and linked. Archive-sourced quotes are marked as such. The judicial reference is Exhibit 06.
I did it in public.
In May 2024, while employed as a developer at Baton Corporation Ltd (pump.fun), I redirected the platform’s bonding-curve liquidity to roughly 1,900 user wallets. I kept nothing — a fact the Crown itself confirmed (“nothing to suggest that Dunn personally gained financially”), and every affected user was refunded in full by the company. I pleaded guilty in the UK; that conviction is contested and is now the subject of an out-of-time appeal and a CCRC application. Since January 2025 I have cooperated with US and UK authorities as a cooperating witness — cooperation the sentencing judge acknowledged on the record.
My own words, for the record: I joined for the paycheck and told myself it was fine. It wasn’t. What I did next, I did in the open — and I have spent every day since trying to make it right. This section exists so you don’t have to take anyone’s word for any of it. Including mine.
The sentencing court received a letter from US counsel confirming cooperation with US authorities and treated it as a character reference.
Mr Dunn has had the courage to plead guilty to very, very serious offences, and it is incumbent on the prosecution to have their case together before someone is charged, not after they have pleaded guilty.
- Feb – Apr 2024Joins Baton Corporation Ltd (pump.fun) as a developer. Remote, then with the team in the UK.
- 16 May 2024Redirects bonding-curve liquidity of 1,917 memecoins — 12,440.32 SOL to ~1,900 filtered user wallets. Keeps nothing. Confesses publicly the same day. Returns the admin key.
- 22 May 2024Hospital clerking records his stated motive as self-described cooperating witness.
- 29 Jul 2024Police log his offer to assist a criminal investigation against the company.
- 12 Aug 2024Pleads guilty — 28 days before the Crown’s facts are first served. The judge flags a Newton hearing; it is never held.
- Dec 2024 – Jan 2025Cooperation reports to UK authorities; first US federal cooperation filing via US counsel, 31 Jan 2025.
- Feb 2025FCA opens cooperation case #71418. Still active.
- Apr 2025In-person interview with US federal prosecutors, London.
- 18 Dec 2025Sentenced to 6 years. Judge cites US cooperation letter as a character reference. No confiscation sought. No personal gain found.
- Apr 2026Released; returns to Canada — ~11 months served.
- 2026 →Out-of-time appeal and CCRC application in preparation. Cooperation with authorities continues.
